Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at shop.evokedapparel@gmail.com. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
Refunds are issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only provided for defective or incorrect items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
