Delays
Evoked Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Evoked Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
